Job - Mortgage Advisor

Our well-established, reputable client are looking to expand their mortgage department by adding a number of Whole of Market Mortgage Advisors. Advisors will work from our client's modern, open planned offices in Stockport and join a thriving, expanding business that offers a fantastic package.

Whole of Market Mortgage Advisors will provide advice both over the phone and face to face, to new and existing clients. You will build relationships with customers and fully assess their circumstances to fully understand their needs, before searching the open market to find appropriate and suitable products. Advisors will manage the whole sales process from initial contact to completion, ensuring an outstanding service is provided and a smooth process.

Whole of Market Mortgage Advisors will receive the following:

The successful candidate will be fully CeMap qualified and have experience working with whole of market products and a strong track record with regards to achieving results. On experience we need previous advisory competency status achieved

Skills Required -

  • Basic numeracy and literacy
  • IT knowledge including word, excel and outlook
  • Cemap 3 qualified
  • Minimum 1 year advisory competency status

 

Job - Business Administrator

  • To answer telephone calls and understand requirements of the customer. As we are loan brokerage company, people enquire for business loans.
  • Dealing with customers over the telephone and via emails in a polite and friendly manner ensuring good communication and first class customer service.
  • Responsible for checking and responding to member e-mails, dealing with the emails or passing them to the relevant lenders efficiently and speedily.
  • To accurately update customer records ensuring they are correct and up to date.
  • Responsible for dealing with the incoming emails; distributing it to the relevant person and dealing with the out going post at the end of the day in a timely fashion.
  • To assist with or undertake the website update when required so that correct and relevant information is found on the website for members and potential members.
  • Conduct outgoing business calls – both warm leads and cold calling.
  • Assisting with uploading customer application to lender portals and managing the application to the end until decision is received.
