The business is well established with a strong client base, including household names, cash positive and profitable. Opportunities to grow and increase margin have been identified and would normally have been financed by in-house cash resources or, what used to be termed, normal bank lending. To take advantage of its growth opportunities the company is now seeking funding of up to £225K, preferably a private term loan over 3 years. There is one loan default held by the managing director, which is easily explained.
